The following are disclaimers that apply to all packages. Last Revised 11/10/2025
- A “revision” is a wave of change requests from your end. If I create a video for you, and you would like a clip removed, a different song, and a clip added, that is ONE revision as long as they are given to me at the same time. Our pre-event contract will provide the pricing for additional revisions if needed.
- For live streaming services, I need the following to be supplied by you: Power, Wired Internet (or strong wireless internet), and access to the venue AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS and 60 minutes after the event ends.
- For live sound services, I need the following from you: Power near the stage/presentation area , and access to the venue AT LEAST 90 MINUTES BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS and 60 minutes after the event ends.
- Any event that involves have live sound will require me to “ring out the room”. This is a process where I cause intentional feedback of the speakers in order to prevent any loud rings and feedback from happening during the event. I will ring out the room as quickly as I can after finishing setup. Please keep this in mind if you plan on allowing the audience to be in the room at the same time as me setting up. This process is quick and at most will take up to 2 minutes.
- For video work, I can only make the space look as good as the space you provide. A blank room with beige walls will still look like a blank room with beige walls, even in 4K. Near open windows, work spaces, and your business’ “pretty” areas are preferred. At absolute minimum, I require a room that is at least 12ftx12ft in size for filming.
- I never watermark my content. You are paying for a service, not a commercial for my business. However, if you would like YOUR logo featured on a livestream, video, or display, I will require you to send me a high resolution .png with a transparent background. Vector images are always preferred.
- I reserve the right to use video and photo content from your event on this website, social media, and physical mediums for promotional purposes. I will never sell your brand’s identity, images, or likeness of you or your employees at any time for any reason. Images and video you supply will not be used for promotional material on their own, however they may be included within a video that is used for promotional purposes.
- Failure of livestreams due to client-provided internet falls on the client. If your venue does not have strong internet or wired internet, please let me know ahead of time to I can plan accordingly. Additional charges may apply if I need to bring my own internet provider to a venue. I always keep a local backup in case of internet failure.
- In the case of a catastrophic failure for any service I provide, I will provide a full refund.
- I do not charge for mileage within 35 miles. Any distance over 35 miles from my location will be charged at the IRS standard rate of $0.70/mile. I will use Google Maps for mileage and will provide my records upon request. Mileages charges apply to distance to and from your location until I leave and return to the 35 mile radius.
- A non-refundable deposit is required. Please refer to the below chart for down deposit charges.
